Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes.
Payment is made securely online using the methods proposed at the time of ordering.
Orders and availability
Any order placed on the www.hysopeparis.com website implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Products are offered subject to availability. In the event of unavailability, we will contact the customer to offer a refund or replacement.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are prepared within 2 to 4 working days.
Delivery by Colissimo or Mondial Relay in France and Europe.
Delivery costs and times are indicated when the order is placed.
Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
The cost of returning goods is borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part.
